General Principle
|
The selected useful measures are AW and temperature.
These two physical values are measured using ECCLOR sensors.
These are set into place within the product to be monitored. The data given by the sensors are recorded by the local PC, then sent to the central archive PC.
The data can be consulted using standard data processing software.
The measure results are visualized to command ventilation.
In the case of cereal storage, the opening or closing of the ventilation traps by the operator automatically activates the calculation software.
